KXHost offers strong support for all issues related to our hosting and domain service.
All requests are answered pretty much 'instantly' and we also have a live chat for urgent
support.

     The main method of contacting us is via our helpdesk, which will answer your questions
and queries within 24 hours. Our highly trained support staff are just waiting 24/7 to help
you with anything you may be confused with, or have no idea about. All commends and
feedback can also be posted via the helpdesk as long as posted in the right category.

     An alternative way of contacting us is to ring our 24 hour support line on 0700 510 37 27.
(Note: Calls are charged at 50p /min from a landline and may vary from mobiles). As our lines are very full, you may have to ring
a few times before you can get through, but we recommend you do try the helpdesk before calling.
